In this class kids will get to learn the basics of the 3D medium, clay! Students will get comfortable with clay as they learn how to build pinch pots, coil pots, fist pots, and slab pots. Kids will learn how to create sculptural vessels using a variety of techniques. Students will learn how clay responds to touch and movements and how to manipulate clay to widen, lengthen, thin, and thicken.
