In this upbeat, hands-on class, you'll learn about the origins of chocolate, how to temper it properly, and explore classic flavor pairings. Then, get creative as you design your own custom chocolate bars using a wide variety of mix-ins?from nuts and spices to dried fruit and crunchy surprises.
