From sweet potato noodles to bean threads, cassava, and rice noodles, you?ll discover the incredible variety of traditional non-wheat noodles used across the region. In this class, we?ll prepare iconic dishes like Singapore curried rice noodles, chicken pad Thai, Vietnamese spring rolls, and a hearty Japanese seafood nabe.
